Refund Policy

A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

At Brownie Points Co., we want you to be delighted with our products. Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while considering the perishable nature of our goods. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Perishable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of our brownies, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery by emailing stratonfacer1@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

Once we receive this information, we’ll review your request. If the issue was due to an error on our part, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Refunds for Lost or Delayed Shipments

We work with reliable shipping providers to ensure prompt delivery. However, once an order leaves our facilities, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control (such as weather delays, carrier issues, etc.). We are not responsible for delayed shipments, but if your order is lost or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements for lost shipments will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellations and Changes

  • Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed, it may not be eligible for cancellation.

  • Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order (such as updating the delivery address), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been prepared for shipment.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
